 Your habits are activities you perform regularly and after some time, you become unconcious of them. Having bad habits may not be detected unless someone close to you tells you about it.
 Bad habits slowly rubbishes a person unconciously that's why you need to change them. You can only drop bad habits if you induldge in habit formation practice which entails you to involve positive activities like taking daily exercises, reading the bible, eating fruits more often. All these are good habits and lot's more, changing of bad habits might not be easy but with constant practice of the good ones, i bet you... you will be able to change them.
