How AMCON Took Over Afrijet Airlines, Because Of Debt

The Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), ordered by Justice Chuka Austine Obiozor of the Federal High Court, in Lagos Division has taken over Afrijet Airline for alleged N10 billion debt.



 The asset was taken at about 11:00 am on Friday, all stores, branches, offices, ware houses and factories of Chief Vitalis Ibe (the owner of the company) were seized, not long after Ben Murray-Bruce's Silverbird was seized.
