SHOCKING: Microsoft To Acquire LinkedIn Fo $26.2 Billion

Microsoft, the tech giant has made reasonable plans to buy the popular pofessional social networking site, Linkedln fo  $26.2 billion.



 Microsoft would be paying $196 a share, which is a premium of almost 50% to upcoming Friday's closing share price.
 According to Microsoft, it would help boost sales of their business and email software.
 Microsoft  said in their blogpost that that "LinkedIn would retain it's distinct brand, culture and independence" and that "Jeff Weiner would emain the CEO of LinkedIn but would be 'reporting' to Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft."
 Microsoft's plan to buy Linkedln see,ms to be geared towards offering professional services, targeting the over 400 million users of LinkedIn and these would help them increase their revenue.
