After some years of court case between software giant Oracle and Hewlett Packard (which is now split to Hewlett Packard,HP, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise,HPE) in 2015.

The court has awarded Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) with $3 billion, this was because Oracle allegedly failed to agree to a contract that says they should not make software that run on Itanium chips, which they did and it really affected HPE's market and made them to lose in in the market.
So now the $3 billion will be for damages, unto HPE.
