US Sentence Chinese Military Hacker To 4 years In Jail

The United States has sentenced a Chinese, who attempted hacking military information from them to 4 years in jail.




 The hacker Su Bin was investigated for trying to hack sensitive military information the US military, he agreed that he worked with the Chinese military to hack sensitive data from US defence companies between the year 2008 and 2014 when he was arrested.

 After he was arrested in 2014 in Canada, he was brought to the US.
 Apart from his closely 4 years sentence, he was also asked to pay a fine of $10,000.
 In a statement, the assistant attorney General of the US, John Carlin said "Su Bin's sentence is a just (right) punishment for his admitted role in a conspiracy with hackers from the People's Liberty Army Air Force to illegally access and steal sensitive US military information."
