94 Graduate with First Class at UNN

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Professor Benjamin Ozumba has on Friday announced that 94 out of 10,494 graduands bagged first class honors.

 The VC stated this in Nsukka during the 46th Convocation Ceremony of the University.
 He said “Out of 10,494 graduating students, I announce to you that 94 bagged first class honors, 3,098 made second class upper division, 5,145 got second class lower, 1,653 made third class while 93 are given diplomas and 314 got the university certificates.
“We urge the graduates to be good ambassadors of the university wherever they find themselves,” he added.
He also said his administration has completed some infrastructure projects as well as improved water and electricity supply in the university.
Mr. Ifeanyichukwu Eke from the Department of Microbiology was named the best graduating student of the university
