Nigerian Policeman Allegedly Steals New Born Baby at Gunpoint and Sold For N600K

Uche odoemena, a Police Corporal, has been apprehended for allegedly stealing a new born baby at gunpoint from his mum and selling the child for N600,000.
 Breaking Times has it that Mr. Odoemena committed the offence in Anambra state and he serves in the Imo State Police Command.
 Some officials of the Imo State Police Command who confirmed the incident said that the Police Commissioner, Mr. Taiwo lakanu would ensure that investigations would be made to discover how Odoemena sold the baby he stole.
 According to a source, Odoemena allegedly snatched the new born baby at gunpoint from the yet-to-be-identified mother in Anambra state and sold same baby for N600,000.
 It was also learnt that men of the Anambara State Police command tracked Odoemena down and arrested him, following a complaint by the baby’s mother.

 The Imo State Police Command Boss gave an order that Odoemena should be dismissed and be prosecuted to serve as a deterrent to others.
