NSCDC Investigates Officers that allegedly shot a doctor's vehicle



The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence corps (NSCDC), Bayelsa command has announced that its investigating the allegation of misuse of firearms against two of its personnel.
 Mr. Desmond Agu, the state Commandant on Saturday said that the command had already received a petition forwarded by the state chapter of the Nigerian Medical Association on the matter.
 Recall that NSCDC Officers allegedly shot at a medical doctor's car with his wife and 2 kids on board for hitting a stray dog on april 28 in Yenagoa.
 The dog went its way without hurt but the medical doctor was wounded and hospitalized after the shot by the Officer.
