After Buhari Signs His Administration's First Budget, What Next ?

It has now being known, that President Muhammadu Buhari has signed the 2016 Appropriation Bill into law. This was done in the early hours
of Friday, at Abuja.
 Witnesses included, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt.Hon. Yakubu Dogara, Minister of Finnce, Kemi Adeosun, Minister of Budget and National Planning Udo Udoma and some others.
  The budget was about 6,000,000,000,000 Nara. The President said that, after the budget was signed, 350 billion Naira will be instantly injected into the economy.
 The President said "The signing of the budget today will trigger concerted efforts to reflect the Nigerian economy, a key element of which is an immediate injection of 350 billion Naira into the economy, by way of capital projects. To illustrate our renewed commitment to infrastructural development, the 2016 budget allocates over 200 billion Naira to road construction as against a paltry 18 billion Naira allocated for some purpose in the 2015 budget."
 The President also added that an enabling environment for youths to be innovative through  technology would be created.
