Court Says EFCC & Zenith Bank Should Defend The Freezing Of Governor Fayose's Bank Accounts, Says He enjoys Immunity

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and Zenith Bank Plc has being summoned by the Federal High Court, Ado-Ekiti, over the freezing of Governor Fayose's accounts.

 The Judge, Taiwo Taiwo stated that EFCC (the first defendant) and Zenith Bank (the second defendant) are expected to appear before the court on Monday, July 4, 2016 with necessary evidence.
 saying that Governor Fayose is a sitting governor and he enjoys immunity against civil and criminal procedures.
