APC Cross River Says Governor Ayade Shoulld Be Impeached, They Alleged that He Breached the Constitution

 Some high profile members of the All progressive Congress in Cross River State had stated earlier this week that the Governor of the state, Senator Ben Ayade should be impeached, they alleged that he has "breached the constitution".

 Mr. John Ochala , the State APC Chairman alleged that Governor Ayade showed no interest in the security of lives and properties of the people of the state.

 He said "If the House of Assembly do not find any area to indict and consequently impeach Ayade, we wish to point to them that the governor has consistently stayed out of the state for a period longer that what the constitution prescribes, without duly transmitting the reins of governance to his deputy as prescribed by relevant statutes."
 The National Vice-Chairman of APC South-South, Mr. Hillard Eta and a former House of representative members Mr. Paul Adah concurred to his statement.

 But Mr. Egbung Odama, the Publicity Secretary of people's Democratic Party, CRS stated that AC has no business with impeachment matters, that Governor Ayade is doing well
