MainOne to launch Its Data Centre Project in Ogun

MainOne, which is one of West Africa's top connectivity and data centre solutions provider has pledged its commitment to boost Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in Ogun state with a data centre project in Sagamu.

This was disclosed during a recent courtesy visit of the firm's Board and Management to the Governor of Ogun state, Senator Ibikunle Amosun and his cabinet.
Fola Adeola, the company's Chairman has disclosed MainOne's plans to make investments that will boost ICT development in the state.
 Ogun Governor responding to this said "We believe that infrastructure development is a vital component for Ogun State's economic growth and we have continued to invest in new road and rail infrastructure within the state."

 The Chief Executive Officer of MainOne, Funke Opeke said "As a pioneering broadband company in Nigeria, we are excited to partner with Ogun state by creating in Sagamu a technology hub, capable of attracting local and international companies to do business in the state.
