The daughter of Donald Duke, former Cross River State Governor, Xerona Duke and her man, Chocolate City DJ, Derin ‘Caise’ Phillips popularly known as Dr Caise has done her marriage introduction in Calabar, the state capital on Saturday.

The couple who got engaged sometime in August, had their wedding introduction on October 15th. This is just a wedding introduction and not a traditional marriage nor a white wedding. All that will be coming up soon as speculated by the wonderful affiance.
Nowadays, Social media’s got everything. After the normal introduction, the both parties took to their Instagram account to exchange their warmth regards to their families and acquaintances.
Caise wrote; “We are eternally grateful to God for His grace and our new in laws for welcoming us into their home and family on Saturday.
“The introduction went very well #ToGodBeAllTheGlory. A massive thanks to all those who contributed and supported us on this special day #XD2018#ActsOfLove”.
Meanwhile, Xerona whose happiness was overwhelmed also wrote; “One of the aspects of the wedding we’ve looked forward to most is being able to embrace the cultures of our parents (my father is Efik and Quas, my mother is Kalabari and @drcaise is Yoruba), so we made the most of our #Introduction and I felt like a princess in my onyo onyo and double wrapper, while Derin looked rather dashing in his agbada.
“It was also wonderful to honor my late grandmother, Henrietta Ajumogobia Bobmanuel, by wearing her white coral necklaces and crown. The day went seamlessly and we give God all the glory because when He’s in charge you know it and He was without a doubt with us. God bless all of our family members and friends who were with us and showed up in brilliant fuschia and beautiful yellow for the first step in combining our families. Now to the trad! 😁 #XD2018 💙🎉
