While acknowledging the efforts of the state government, the Yala LGA security committee leaders, royal fathers and security agencies in resolving the lingering issue and restore normalcy, The distinguished Senator cautioned the men, youths and women of the restive communities to avoid acts that are capable of igniting war in the communities.

She further stated that it is better to dialogue through the instruments of law, than to resort to barbaric acts and violent agitations.

She further condemner the act in strong terms, saying as a people, we must rather adopt legitimate and appropriate constitutional means in expressing our collective and individual freedom of expression, and we must concentrate a large chunk of our energy on reconciliation, peace and development, in order for our communities to make speedy progress.
